COOLER developed the COOLER Well-Being Meter to orient all of our work for organizations.

8 core dimensions of individual and team well-being are identified on the outer circle. When skills are developed and practiced regularly in these areas, we are building toward a culture of individual and organizational well-being.

The color meter at the bottom shows the progression from absence of skill to a state of integration.

  • Well-Being Workshops

    COOLER offers two tracks for our workshops: a leadership track and team track. Bring your leadership team or whole team together for live or virtual sessions that introduce and practice core well-being skills, explore the neuroscience-informed benefits, and reflect on how to integrate these skills in the workday (and in daily life).

    The positive energy and participation makes these workshops a purposeful team-building activity.

  • Leadership Track Option

    Bring together your company leadership to gain knowledge and work strategically to set the tone of well-being for the company. As one client stated: “COOLER allows you to turn all the well-being talk into action.”

    We work with the C-Suite, Director, Manager, and HR tiers to lay the groundwork for well-being at work, educating you to the tools you can use to build well-being into team culture in a way that is a true part of your human resource and day-to-day culture (not an app to fill the void!).

    Our leadership track can be customized to incorporate a well-being workshop, a review of the companies current well-being strategies, staff surveys, and a plan for action.

  • Whole Team Track

    Bring together your whole team for one or more well-being workshops as part of your well-being, training/learning and development, and HR support initiatives. Having the whole team learn about and practice well-being skills together is a great way to create a culture of well-being in the workplace.

  • Well-Being Reboot Workshop

    The Well-Being Reboot workshop addresses the foundation of well-being skills, assessing small ways to improve your days that provide a big benefit, and touching on exercises to create new daily routines, experience pause practices, gratitude, and breathing to train the brain toward a positive mindset. This 60-90 minute session is our signature workshop and can easily be integrated as a virtual workshop or live during in-person team meetings or retreats.

    Complementing this workshop, the Well-Being Self-Coaching Card Set provides a month’s worth of activities and prompts to support your staff beyond the session and help them build habits to reboot their well-being.

  • Connect & Reconnect Workshop

    Teams across the country are experiencing a major common theme: continued changes to what “team” looks like. Whether your team is settling into longterm or permanent remote work, hybrid set-ups, or returning to the office, the same rings true - teams need to reconnect (and for some new staff, connect for the first time).

    Our Connect & Reconnect session is offered as an in-person only session where we facilitate multiple layers of connection: a team card deck that features all team members and interesting info, a guided speed-networking style activity that helps the team get to know each-other personally, and a deeper conversation that establishes deeper rapport. Depending on team size, this is a 1-2 hour session.

  • Relax and Recharge Workshop

    Relax and Recharge is the workshop to battle burnout, with exercises to set your baseline for healthy or positive days, set a framework to give oneself permission and prioritize/plan time to relax and recharge and additional practical tools for taking small moments to pause and reset. This workshop is 60 minutes.

    Complementing this workshop, the Relax and Recharge Self-Coaching Card Set helps individuals build lasting habits to recharge throughout the day.

  • Mindful Focus Workshop

    Mindful Focus is the workshop that will help your staff let go of limiting beliefs, practice setting intentions for the day and visualizing goals.

    Complementing the workshop, the Mindful Focus Self-Coaching Card Set helps teams build habits to incorporate focus, time-management, and well-being practices into their work and lives.

  • Integration Session

    *The session helps participants integrate the learning and practices from the 3 workshops above. It is offered when the 3 workshops are experienced as a full day (Well-Being Reboot Day) or as a curated series.

    This session guides participants in revisiting and refining earlier commitments from the Well-Being Reboot, Relax and Recharge, and Mindful Focus workshops.

    Participants work on enriching their self-care baseline and are introduced to tools that will increase the likelihood of following through on their commitments (mantra development, identifying an accountability partner, and more).
