COOLER’s workshops are offered in the following sessions/themes: Well-Being Reboot; Connect & Reconnect; Relaxing and Recharging; and Mindful Focus.

Participants are guided through well-being practices that can be easily integrated throughout the workday. Workshops are supported by our self-coaching card sets in that theme, as well as a tips guide for team POCs to support staff engagement.

Well-Being Reboot is the workshop to lay the well-being framework by covering the foundations of well-being and habit formation, reflecting on current routines and how to reboot them to boost well-being, and experiencing pause practices, gratitude, and breathing to train the brain toward a positive mindset. Complementing this workshop, the Well-Being Self-Coaching Card Set provides a month’s worth of activities and prompts to support your staff beyond the session and help them build habits to reboot their well-being. *Virtual or In-Person
Relax and Recharge is the workshop to battle personal (and team) burnout, with exercises to set your baseline for healthy and positive days, building the habits of prioritizing and planning relaxation and recharging, and experiencing additional tools for taking small moments to pause and reset. The Relax and Recharge-Coaching Card Set provides a month’s worth of activities and prompts to support your staff beyond the session and help them build lasting habits to stay recharged throughout the day or to reset when needed. *Virtual or In-Person
Mindful Focus is the workshop that will help your staff set intentions, visualize goals, and let go of limiting beliefs. The Mindful Focus Self-Coaching Card Set provides a month’s worth of activities incorporating building habits for focus, time management tools, and practices for intention and goal setting. *Virtual or In-Person
Connect & Reconnect is the workshop that helps your staff reconnect with each other as methods and locations for working have been spread far and wide. This session also helps team members hired during remote and hybrid work conditions integrate and connect with their teammates! 3 layers of connection activity are supported by a custom team card deck. *In-person only session
Leadership Track: Bring together your company leadership to gain knowledge and work strategically to set the tone of well-being for the company. We work with the C-Suite, Director, and Manager tiers to lay the groundwork for well-being at work, educating you to the tools you can use to build well-being into team culture in a way that is a true part of your human resource and day-to-day culture (not an app to fill the void!). Our leadership track can be one workshop, or a series to help you keep well-being at the forefront of your leadership practices. The leadership session(s) parallel the themes above, but are tailored to your leaders as the audience, focussing on the role leadership plays in building a team culture of well-being. As a client stated: “COOLER allows you to turn all the well-being talk into action.”
What differentiates COOLER workshops:
We have a laser focus on staff well-being and preventing burnout
Our work is intentionally anchored in new-habit-formation theory to build lasting practices
Teams give input during the workshop on their own well-being best practices to break the ice around talking about well-being
Cooler creates an additional, company-specific resource card with the teams’ best practices to act as an idea repository
Participants receive a post-workshop set of self-coaching cards with a month’s worth of prompts and activities to build their well-being practices
The team manager(s) or POCs receive a tips guide with prompts to engage teams with the content further (through email, Teams, or Slack, for example)
Modality:
60-min virtual workshops on well-being practices for the workplace run by a well-being leadership coach
Blend of plenary sessions with easy group participation
For each well-being practice covered, we explain the applied neuroscience so teams know how and why certain practices are impactful
Participants are then guided through easy-to-execute well-being practices they can then integrate throughout their workday
Extending the Practice Beyond the Workshop:
Following the workshop, we send all participants a hard (or digital) copy of the corresponding self-coaching card set so that participants can continue using self-coaching activities to integrate more well-being practices into their work life. It’s about building a muscle!
POC/team lead(s) also receive a tips guide to increase team engagement with the self-coaching cards.
