Cooler’s signature Well-Being at Work sets are available in three themes, each with a collection of 8 COOLER Conversation Cards designed by our in-house coaching team to support your staff or team members. The sets can be used individually, or combined in any combination with core skills building on each other over time. To develop these sets, we took a deep look at what stressors throughout the day are contributing to burnout, and also considered challenges that people experience in balancing their work and personal lives, and foundational areas where people can support themselves and target growth.
